All residents of Hilton Head Plantation are welcome to join the Hilton Head Plantation Newcomers Club.pine island Home owners, as well as renters are welcome.  Residents can become a member by submitting the New Member Form

Our club dues are $20 per person. We begin taking payments online for dues starting June 1st. If you join or renew in June through August, it will cover you for the new club year beginning in September, through the the end of May. New members that join between Feb 1 and May 15 will pay a discounted rate.

Your membership will be activated upon receipt of your dues payment. You may participate in all club activities and you will remain on the event notification list as long as you renew your dues each club year.

We regret that we are not able to accommodate special dietary needs at our monthly events.

About the Club

The Hilton Head Plantation Newcomers Club is a social club, great for meeting new members and staying connected. Lots of fun conversations, laughter and friendship, so invite your friends and neighbors to join!!

Most events will require a fee, and usually an extra fee for guests, so joining is the best option! Guests may not be able to attend some events due to a limit in the number of people we can accommodate.

Our club is dedicated to helping all Hilton Head Plantation residents integrate into our community and enjoy all the benefits our plantation has to offer. HHPNC also encourages all members to take an active part in our club, have fun and make new friends.

The Club normally meets on the third Tuesday of each month, September to May. Most meetings will follow the format of a “social hour” followed by a meeting, prizes, and refreshments. Meetings usually begin at 6:00 p.m. and end at 8:30 p.m. (unless times are noted differently for a specific event.) Look for detailed information of our events each month in Plantation Living and on our website.

We send out event email notices one or two weeks in advance, usually on the first of each month. If you are not receiving them, be sure to check your spam and other folders (in Gmail). You can also sign up for events on the website on the first of month.


Members that would like to access the Membership Directory can request the password by using the Contact Us form. You must be a current member to receive the password. Passwords will be changed randomly.
