About the Club
The Hilton Head Plantation Newcomers Club is open to all HHP residents, full and part-time, who have lived on the Plantation for less than four years. Once they become members, these individuals are automatically included in the HHP Newcomers Club roster for a maximum of four years. There are no dues; we only charge enough to cover our expenses for meals or refreshments. We invite everyone in this group to take an active part in the Club. We are dedicated to helping new Plantation residents integrate into our community, have fun, and enjoy all of the benefits HHP has to offer by:
- Helping them meet and socialize with their neighbors
- Educating them in the history of our beautiful Island and points of interest
- Making them aware of the many HHP organizations
- Promoting awareness of services available in HHP
- Introduce newcomers to products and services available on and off Island
Generally, we meet the third Tuesday of each month, September to May. Most meetings follow the format of a “mixer” followed by a meeting, prizes, and refreshments. Look for detailed information on our events each month in Plantation Living.
To join the Hilton Head Plantation Newcomers Club and to be included in our e-mail distribution list for monthly notifications, please complete the New Member Form online, or e-mail Linda Cooper at membership2@hhpnc.com.
Mission Statement
To provide a venue for new residents of Hilton Head Plantation to become an integral part of the Plantation, feel welcome, provide opportunities to promote friendships between other newcomers and introduce to the members various enterprises and businesses which provide products and services in the area.
